The effectiveness of credit repair efforts can also be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as the responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors.
2. Impact of Adding Negative Items
Clients must refrain from adding negative items (derogatory marks) to their credit profiles during the credit optimization process. Introducing additional negative marks will complicate the repair process. No refund will be issued if a client adds more than two negative marks during the program or within 150 days after the program starts.
3. Credit Monitoring Requirements
Active credit monitoring is essential throughout the credit repair process. Inactive credit monitoring services can cause delays and impede potential improvements in credit scores. Financialift.com relies on your provided credit monitoring service to detect and review both old and new negative marks and other credit factors.
4. Adherence to Good Credit Practices
Clients must maintain good credit practices during the repair process, including not adding new negative marks and keeping credit utilization under 30%. Failure to adhere to these practices will result in unsatisfactory outcomes. It is also imperative that clients make timely payments and follow all provided advice and news on this website.
5. Consequences of Adding New Negative Items
Introducing new negative items to your credit file with any bureau may delay the results of the credit repair process. If a new negative mark is added within the first 90 days of the program, the client forfeits the right to a refund.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation within Initial 45 Days: Clients wishing to cancel their enrollment within the first 45 days are eligible for a refund, less a $149 setup fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the client portal.

This calculation assumes the program is divided into four payments, each corresponding to a 45-day period.
Results-Based Refunds: In circumstances where results are not achieved as per the agreed terms, clients who have made a single payment will receive a prorated refund based on the duration and outcomes of the service. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Program Inactivity: Clients who do not engage with the program for a period exceeding 60 days without prior notice will have their accounts deemed inactive. The program will be terminated in such cases, and no refunds will be issued.
